교환 및 반품이 불가한 경우
 
-상품을 수령한지 '30일'이 경과한 상품
-택이 제거되거나 시험착용 외 착용의 흔적이 있는 경우(향수/탈취제 사용 금지)
-세탁,착용 후 불량발견
-세일 및 특가상품
-반품 후 소비자의 작업으로 파손 또는 변형된 상품으로 판결 될 경우
(전자상거래에 의한 소비자 보호에 관한 법률에 의해 손해배상 청구를 할 수 있습니다.)
-제품의 권장 세탁법이 아닌 잘못된 세탁으로 제품의 훼손
 
-홈페이지 Q&A 게시판 또는 카카오톡이나 유선상으로 반품신청 접수를 먼저 해주신 뒤 진행해 주시기 바라며,
교환/반품 접수 없이 보내주신 상품이나 반품기간인 30일이 지나 자사로 도착한 상품의 경우는
교환/환불이 불가하며 반송처리되며 왕복택배비가 청구됩니다.

주문 후 배송까지 얼마나 걸리나요?

보통 결제 완료 후 2-5일 이내 준비되며, 배송 기간은 지역에 따라 차이가 있는점, 택배사 사정에 따라 다소 지연될 수 있는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

* 당일 오후 5시 주문건까지 결제 및 입금 완료된 주문건만 거래처에 발주가 들어갑니다.
* 평균 상품 준비기간은 2-5일정도 소요됩니다. (2주일 이상 지연이 예상될 경우 유선상으로 품절 취소 안내를 해드립니다.)

How can I exchange or return an item?

Accepted Answer

Cases where exchange or return is not available:

Items received more than 30 days ago
Items with tags removed or signs of wear beyond trying on (please avoid using perfume or deodorant)
Items found defective after washing or wearing
Sale or special offer items
Items that are damaged or altered after return due to the customer’s actions
(In accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, compensation for damages may be claimed.)
Items damaged due to improper washing not following the recommended care instructions

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 days after payment is completed.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and delays may occur due to the courier’s circumstances.

Orders placed and paid for by 5:00 PM (KST) will be forwarded to our supplier on the same day.
The average preparation time is approximately 2–5 business days.
 If a delay of more than two weeks is expected, we will contact you by phone to inform you of possible cancellation due to stock issues.
